Richard Turner Pastel artist, tutor and demonstrator; Solo exhibition.
The exhibition will focus on the landscape and coast of our county showing black and white sketches
as well as large vibrant paintings in pastel and mixed media.

Richard, who lives at Meare in the heart of the levels, says his 'representative impressionism' is aimed at the emotions rather than the intellect, attempting to capture the essence of time and place.

An innovative hanging system for unframed images will enable customers to choose their own frames with the expert help of the gallery, there will also be a contribution towards framing costs in the event that Frameus services are used. For those who like to see the complete package there will also be bespoke framed pieces on display.
